Mate im in Australia and don't know if the Frigidaite is the same as the Electrolux/Westinghouse but you can try this I posted a day ago:
On the Westinghouse and Electrolux dishwashers to reset a program that it defaults too you start the program and once initialised then press and hold the program button for about 3-5 secs. The panel will beep and all the lights will come on and not flash. From there on using the program button you select the wash cycle you want

I see that you need to find the model number for your Frigidaire dishwasher and a location of the reset button. There is not a specific reset button on your dishwasher. The best way to reset it is to disconnect power from it for at least ten minutes. You can locate the model number on the inside left hand wall of your dishwasher. It could be thinking you are pressing a button for too long.
Try the above link answer for reset.
Or unfortunately it can be a shorted keypad.

I understand you are trying to locate a reset button on your dishwasher FDB1502RGC0. Generally dishwashers do not have a reset button on them but in order to reset your appliance as a whole. You would disconnect power to it by unplugging it or turning off the household circuit breaker for ten minutes and turning it back on. Hope this helps. -Matt

I can tell you the reset sequence for the whirlpool dishwasher. I believe frigidaire are made by the same company (Electrolux).

Press Heated Dry, Normal, Heated Dry Normal in sequence on the front panel within 5-6 secs. All lights on panel should light up. Press the cancel button to exit.

Reset the unit from the household circuit breaker. If nothing changes with that button function, contact a professional - the control panel may need to be replaced.

I have an FDB1502RGB0 model but had the same problem. I reset the circuit breaker and its working fine now. I'm not sure what caused the problem but it seems to be fine now.
