How to Transferring a call or call forwarding ?

Your system might be restricted from transferring calls to another trunk (outside line)

To cancel call forwarding from your telephone,press the right interactive button below the LCD screen,press until you see appear, press then press to cancel call forwarding, press the speaker button or lift handset to end.

Go to settings on your phone, click on the phone option, it will display different option, select call forwarding or call divert, enter the number you forwarding the call to and press ok, you are done. follow the same procedure, when you get to call forwarding, you can select to cancel as you can no longer add a number.

Hi Somehow you have set 'Call Forward'

you need to cancel it...

Leave the Handset in it's cradle then press Feature # 4

Display will say 'Forward Cancelled'.

You're not forwarding calls, you're TRANSFERRING calls. Try Feature 70.

phone is not programmed for forward busy no answer.

If you have a partner phone system, you can not.

If you have a Partner ACS, release 6 or 7, you can forward an extension to an outside number, but that is it.
