Driver for logitech quick cam 5.2 for windows 7 My privious operating system was xp, but at present i want to continue my logitech quick cam in windows 7. so i need driver for installization.

LOGITECH WEB CAM C120 Drivers can be downloaded from Logiteck Official Support for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Select the Operating System, Download the driver file and install it.

You probably need to (re)install your driver for the web cam.
Best if you go directly to the Logitech website and do a search for your specific model and download the driver for your current operating system ie windows 7.

Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page.

In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to run the support software - Microsoft DirectX . This comes pre-loaded on most Windows computers but has to be updated - I am currently on version 11
To start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click Start, click Run, type dxdiag in the Open box, and then click OK.

Procedure to re-install Logitech software
Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software
Disconnect your webcam
Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer
Restart computer
Download the Installation package from Logitech
Run the installer and choose your options during the installation - You may not want Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon for the webcam toolbar is a must.
Connect your webcam when prompted.

Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page.

Disconnect webcam
Uninstall old webcam software
Restart computer
Download webcam Installer
Run Installer - look for options during the run - you may not want Logitech Chat but the webcam desktop shortcut is worthwhile
Connect webcam when prompted

Unplug your cam
uninstall any current webcam software
restart your computer
visit the logitech website - identify your cam and click on the picture

run the installation set up and note the options - you may not want the Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon is a must.

Browse the webcam picture gallery and click on your model to access support for that product.

If you have an older model look for the link at the bottom right hand side of the page -"Still can't find your product"

If no driver is available try using older OS software in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the webcam icon on your desktop - select 'Properties' > Compatibility tab > Compatibility Mode > OS > OK

Check your version of DirectX - this is required to run your Logitech - update if necessary

Install Logitech software

1) Disconnect webcam
2) Uninstall current webcam software
3) Restart computer
4) Visit the Logitech website

5) Scan the photo gallery and click on the photo to go to the support page for that model - note. Older webcams are on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom of page 1 on the right hand side - "Still can't find your product?"
6) Download the installer to your computer
7) Run the Install wizard - pay attention to the text - you may wish to opt of the Logitech Chat program but I recommend you install the shortcut on your desktop.
8) Connect your webcam when prompted

Disconnect webcam
Uninstall current webcam software
Restart computer

When uploading decide whether to install the Logitech chat program and opt for the desktop shortcut.

Hello!

Logitech does not support Quick Cam Pro 9000 on MAC OS. The only two supported operating systems are Windows XP and Windows Vista.

You might go with a bit more expensive Quick Cam Vision Pro that is supported on Mac.
