I agree with you having great service because mine only lasted two years. It sounds like the motor just worn out. If you don't smell any burnt electrical then replace the bushing for the motor. Good Luck

Vx7020 troubles application error : application CE4E01.EXE encountered a serious error and must shutdown.

Jensen VX7020?Try a reset and possibly a firmware update if available.
Corrupt files can cause this error.
Not hardware so not a warranty issue.

Can you add custom wallpaper to a Jensen VX7020?

Per the manual you can upload 1 at a time and use it. To do this, you need to remove the navigation MicroSD card and insert your own with a .bmp image.
