I would check the auto defrost element if it has one.

has someone turned it off at the controls? Is the screen abnormally blue or blank? I'm thinking a lose connection or a defective control board.If you would communicate with me I can help you find the problem

draw not closing tightly enough or not closing all the way
bad gasket allowing moist air into freezer compartment
defective defrost cycle

Code has to do with the output of the page memory to the printer is not complete.

Possible fixes: Check image control board, printer control board all four write units (The LASERS for each color total 4) I/F board or the image memory control board. That about 20,000 dollars so I would check every connection on each board then re-flash the firmware latest version. Was any body in the back of the machine doing repairs? Do you have top line surge protector not a ACE hardware 19.99 special (Nothing against Ace Hardware) GET A good one.

Is your milk or eggs freezing? All the cooling in the refrig and freezer spaces is done in the freezer. Sometimes, the control labeled freezer temp controls a vent between the freezer and ref space, allowing air into the ref side. the other control determines run time. try turning thefrz setting up to raise the ref temp.

If it has a damper at the top left wall , the damper is bad or the refrig control (possibly circuit board) is bad .The damper closes to reduce the air flow to the refrig yet the freezer section can still get colder if needed . The refrig control or circuit board for the fridge control , works the damper . If you feel air coming thru the damper , it is not closing , causing your food to freeze .

Use the following procedure to troubleshoot Error Codes 009-910 through 009-913 
1. Check the installation of the Print Cartridge. 2. Clear the Tech Rep Fault for errors 009-910 through 009-913 (see instructions below). 3. Try changing the indicated Print Cartridge. 4. Check for an open wire or poor contact between the Print Cartridge and the Engine Control Board. a. Yellow, J-151 to J-405 b. Magenta, J-152 to J-405 c. Cyan, J-153 to J-405 d. Black, J-154 to J-405 5. Replace the engine control board
NOTE:  Before troubleshooting for an open circuit (Step 4) or replacing the Engine Control Board (Step 5), clear the Tech Rep Fault for any of these codes first using the following steps: 1. Enter Service Diagnostics. 2. Highlight NVRAM Access and press OK. 3. Highlight Clear Tech Rep Faults and press OK. 4. Highlight link codes 009-910 through 009-913 and press OK.
