If your HP printer software keeps reinstalling itself, then just open services.msc, and Stop and disable HP CUE Device Discovery Service. the problem shouldnt reoccur.

you have re- installed it but it does not work.
If it is Usb connection chech that all usb Drivers are installed correctly in your computer.
because once you plug it in it should recognise that there's a new hardware that needs to be installed.
to check that you need to
right click on my computer, hardware or device manager and look for any yellow sign on the universal serial bus controllers.
re-install drivers for that.
Then go to the hp website.
HP.com download the driver for hp psc 1315 all in one.
That should work.
If you have done all that and it doesn t work.

I reinstalled my printer and it prints most of the time, not all. But my major problem is that I can't get the scanner to work.
I am having the same issue with my hp printer. If I restart my computer then everything that it has been prompted to print begins to print. My scanner also will not work since the printer has been re-installed. Can I get some assistance with this.
