Back to basics:
1: The password you use has to be identical to the password you last set it to. It is case sensitive, meaning if you used a capital letter to set it up, you need to use a capital letter to get back in.... same with lower case letters and special characters. e.g. If you set up a password as Chevy1974! you MUST enter it the same way with the capital C, the lower-case evy and the exclamation mark.
2: If you are trying to use the help features to recover your password, you may need to have access to any alternate email address you may have used, or to any phone you may have used to link the gmail account to.
3: Gmail passwords require both capital letters and lower-case letters and numbers. The first character MUST be a letter, and there cannot be any spaces in the password.
