Reset my apple id
To verify your Apple ID, your device needs to be connected to the Internet first, so ensure your wifi is up an running. When prompted, enter the Apple ID you registered under and the associated password. If it does not work, from another device or computer, go to Apple.com and try to log in, it should be the same Apple ID and password. If you are having difficulty logging into the web site, use the "forgot password" option. If you discover that you do not have an Apple ID, take this moment to create one. Once you have a working Apple ID and password, you should be able to verify your ID on your device.
