Fixya is free, not a pay service. You post queries, you get an email response offering a link to the answer provided by a volunteer. There is no charge for the posting or the answer. You are logging into a free service to report you are being charged by some other service. I have not looked up what a netspend card is but it has nothing to do with Fixya as no money is charged for having an account at Fixya.
