Correting the model information
The 425 is not a 2007 model - it dates from circa 1985. It has much in common with the 220, 420, 228 & 428. The exact model(s) available varied by country. The 224, 424 etc models are very similar models but with an intercooler (which boosts the power to 240 BHP on the 424), slightly revised suspension and other small changes.
The 280 was a 2 seater based on the same chassis, engine & running gear but with the engine uprated to (surprise!) 280 BHP.
However, those horsepower figures don't give the true picture. What's more indicative of the performance and driveability of these vehicles is the almost flat torque curve from around 1100 rpm (varies by model) all the way to 6000.
I owned a 420 for 4 years and I still reckon it's the best - and safest - car I have ever owned or driven - and there've been a few!
