Eminent luggage lock

TSA lock on Eminent Osmosis Luggage, three digit TSA lock (HOW to change it to YOUR personal number)

Put the code numbers to '000'
Take the lock levers OFF the lock
Push the round opening button UPWARDS.
IMPORTANT :
KEEP holding the button UP until you have changed the numbers
Change the TSA code numbers to what YOU want
Release the round opening button
Now your case combo lock numbers have been changed.

To lock the case put the two lock levers into the holes, spin the numbers and your case will be locked.
To UNLOCK the TSA code spin the numbers to YOUR lock code, push the lock button UP and, hey presto, your case will open.

If you forget your NEW lock number you will NEED to go through ALL the numbers, starting at '000' to '999', to be able to open the lock/case.
REMEMBER to PUSH the ROUND OPENING button UPWARDS on EVERY number change.
Only THEN, when it finds YOUR correct three digit number, will it eventually open the suitcase/luggage/baggage.
Good luck

TSA locked our TSA002 lock on our samsonite bag when they inspected it. We do not have a key. TSA said we needed to go back to the airport, but is there a way to get a key?

No. That's part of the whole purpose of TSA passkeys; they're held securely and only at ports. If it were easy for anyone else to get hold of them the locks which are TSA approved would become pointless.

You only have three options if you do not want to return to the airport:-

1. Get a locksmith;

2. Cut the lock off/drill it out;

3. If your lock is usually key operated (not a combination) then there will be a number next to the lock barrel (not the TSA number, that just tells the TSA which of their passkeys to use). A Samsonite dealer can order the correct key for you using the number and some even keep them in stock.
