Your control board is the problem
What voltage should it be?
You should have 120 volts.
You need a volt meter or a multimeter to check voltage.
.
The unit should be receiving 120 volts AC from the line.
Check that the wires from under the unit to the control panel are ok.Check you have any water marks on the board of the circuit lining.Check the shape of transistors edges.It should be properly shaped.It should not be melted or heated.

Replace the board alone.
