I have searched the Morphy Richards site and they don't have a listing for a yogurt maker. However, they have a toll free number and email address for you to contact them and obtain your guide book. I'm sure they will be able to provide the information to you. Here is their customer service site

Flip the vacuum over. Remove the cover plate. Pull the brush straight out with both hands and put new belt on. Put cover plate back on. You are ready to go.
