This is regarding Lemax Spooky Town. I have an older piece called The Halloween Pet Costume Contest. This year it isn't working despite new batteries. Where can I send it for repair?

I tried, it looks like its still connected under the two witches that move. Mine got stuck and the witch don't move any more, but i see 2 may be 3 screws under the pot with the skeleton.
