These watches are complicated to set time and date. They use time zones that are usually not where you live. I went to Citizen watch site and found an instruction manual. That is probably your best bet or you might find a jeweler that sells and sets the time on this type of watch. Good luck...

well here it is and you are gonna kick yorself! just had the same problem, put it in light and nothing. you need to pull the pin as though you are setting the time and then just wait, not long just a minute or so ......... and hey presto you're sorted. push the pin back in and its working. if not good luck.

SOURCE: My Citizen Skyhawk Eco-Drive JR3000-51F Wrist

I had the same issue, and was able to reset it doing the following:

1. I let it recharge for at least a day in bright sunlight
2. I turned the selector to "CHR"
3. I pulled the crown all the way out.
4. I held both buttons down for 5 seconds (don't know if this was what did it.
5. I pushed the crown back in.

It did some funky hand movements stuff and then started off working.

I have a Citizen Eco drive waterproof wrist watch with four buttons and no ''winder'' can I get instructions for this watch

The eco drive means that it charges the battery using artificial light or sunlight, there is no need to wind as the battery never runs out of charge providing you keep it in light.

I have an Citizen Eco Drive Perpetual wrist watch / calibre 8700. I can't adjust to the right date/month. please help.

This will likely require you taking the back off, removing the battery, reinserting, and then shorting the battery and AC. You will also need to look up the manuel online from Citizen's website, or go to a jeweler to have them reset your perpetual calender.

The hour hand is not matching up with the digital time

Hi this means that the hour hand has slipped on its shaft, the watch needs to be taken apart and the hand removed and retightened and then reset in the correct position. It was probably caused by a sharp knock
You will need to go to a watchmaker for this
Cheers
