I have a GDF610PSJ2SS GE dishwasher, the power is on ,but it seems stuck and will not response

Possibilities:

Water off.
Blocked water filter
Water solenoid valve not actuating
Water solenoid not getting power

Not getting power could be:
Stuck pressure switch,
Programmer not working
Broken lead

These buttons suck and the software even more.. there should be an unlock button for this dishwasher if it locks up

The average life of dishwashers is 7-10 ten years so it might just be dying but try this. If the leak is a small one that seems to always be near the left side of the dishwasher put a cup of white vinager in the upper rack and run the unit on pots & pans or heavy duty. This is caused by a build up of detergent that make the unit oversuds, when the suds turn back into water it leaks out the left front corner. The amount of water is not huge, one towel to clean up. If the leak is larger it could be the pump is leaking and you can order a new one with your model # from marcone.com

timer or control

unplug or turn off power . turn back try to program . if no luck / look for code on digital display . if no code replace the touch panel .. it has a stuck touch pad. ,, mm

Dishwasher motors are susceptible to getting stuck if not used regularly. Manually spin the motor to free it up. Dishwasher motors are not serviceable and must be replaced if found defective.But try to access the bushings/bearings and put a few drops of lubricant then spin it manually to free it up.

I would suspect the door switches are not working right. Be sure to turn off the power before checking them.

If you can move the timer manually, then check the power to the timer motor. If you have power to the motor, replace the motor

Unfortunately, your dishwasher may have experienced a power surge when the power went off and dmaged some internal components or the control logic. There is no way of knowing the extent of your problem without a thorough diagnostics to it. It could be something as simple as a circuit borad component, stuck relay but this kind of repair is probably not something you would want to tackle yourself unless properly trained and with the proper test equipment. If you have homeowners insurance, it may cover the damage.. If not, then a service call is most likely required.
