ISOLATE THE MAINS POWER BEFORE CHECKING THE APPLIANCE
Run your fingers along the grill element, in this model it is accessible, check for raised areas or small hole or roughness not food burnt, if visible, it should be Black Grey colour at the blemish, you can obtain parts from www.whitegoods.co.uk you will need the model and serial numbers.
The grill elements come out but when unsrewed sometimes the ceramic holders crack, remove element before ordering as you may have to replace the element holders.
Hope this has been helpful

The grill (Upper Oven Grill Element) in the oven is not working, I realized the 4 wires at the back that connect to it are all loose. Can i fix it by connecting them myself? is it something dangerous or...

With 4 terminals, it sounds like a double grill element. But it could also be a single grill element with a second oven element. If the spade connecters are loose they need to be tightened first. Get a pair of pliers and gently squeeze the terminals until the gap reduces so when it slides on it will be tight. Do you know what wires go where? If so reconnect them. If you don't do the following;
As you look at the element terminals they should run horizontally. Look at the element inside the grill compartment. From left to right, the no. 1 and no. 4 terminals should be the same element and the no. 2 and no. 3 terminals should be the other element. If this is correct put the 2 neutral wires, in any order, on terminals 1 and 2 and the active terminals on 3 and 4. This should work. You just have to check the correct element comes on when you operate the grill/oven controls.

Bottom oven not working Tecnik 8525/2

To be certain the element is o/k , you need to test it with a meter.
The fact that it looks o/k proves nothing. If you know how to use a meter, then remove element from oven, and with the meter set on the continuity range, test across the terminals of the heater, if you get fsd, ( full scale deflectoin) then the element should be o/k.
If no deflection , then element is no good.
If in doubt, remove the wires from the element , and try the oven, if it does not trip, then it proves element faulty.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
