Hi, I have a older printer mod# 4416-001 Lexmark P6350 missing the powercord and I looked it up and ordered it from you guys and I'm missing a part that plugs in to the back of the unit before the power cord and I can't find what that part is It looks like it is the power supply port and that plugs into the printer and then the cord plugs into that.
I'm missing that part is it possible to order that part??? or should I just throw it away? LOL
Robert
Thank you for your time
U have to buy whole set of power chord and the adapter. or have to order the whole part. a single power chord that goesto the back of the printer cannot be purchased directly.

Try to rebrick your printer. Pull out power supply, black box where the power cord is
plugged in at the back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds. This will help reset your printer.
Hi, try to check first if your power cord should be a 3-prong cord or a 2-prong cord by checking the power supply behind the printer where it should be plugged in. Then, check at your nearest electrical/electronics shops around your area if it's available. Otherwise, try to call Lexmark and check if they can assist you with that. I hope I could help you more with that. Good luck!
Hi, it seems that it's a cartridge problem. That's the most probable reason why you're getting that error code. Try this out. 1. Remove cartridges. 2. Unplug printer from power outlet. 3. Then, plug printer back in power outlet after 10-15 seconds. 4. Reinsert cartridges.
If error still appears, redo steps 1, 2 and 3. Then, insert black cartridge first. If error appears, replace black cartridge. If not, insert color cartridge, if error appears, replace color cartridge. Hope this helps.
Did you ensure you connected the usb cable and printer in order of the disc requesting you to do so.
Have you been to Lexmark site?
Have you enabled the printer in Printer settings as a default printer? It should normally do so when installed, but worth checking if you have other printing software on your comp
Hi, You have not specified the exacta message that you are getting when you try to download the driver file and neither you have specified the operating system that exists on your computer, however let me provide you some information regarding the common error messages one can come across while downloading any driver file, its either due to selection of file which is not supposed to be installed on the operating system which is installed on your computer, I mean the file which you have selected is not compatible to the operating system installed on your computer, or it could be due to the older driver file which is existing on the computer as well, so the best way is to uninstall the older version driver file before you download and install the newer version form the internet, here is how you can uninstall the previous version of the driver existing on you computer: 1.Click start and then select control panel. 2.Select Add/Remove programs and select the old version of the Lexmark P6350 driver and click on Remove. 3.After the un-installation is complete, disconnect the printer and restart your computer. 4.Once the Computer has rebooted download the driver form the link which I have provided below by selecting the operating system installed on your computer and install it.
