I have a 55HDS69 and the red stand-by indicator lamp flashing, No sound and no picture.. Has anyone else had this problem ? Thanks !!

Tries tv unplug,replug it back like about an hour later by letting the tv resetting itself back to the factory setting.The tv now should be working again,if not the tv still have the same problems.Mean the tv power supply board it is the causes and the problems.The tv power supply board that the board where the tv power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole new refurbish tv power supply board for the replacement.

55HDS69 red stand-by indicator lamp flashing

check the Blue capacitors on the SDR power board to see if any are shorted and also the Transistors . I am attaching two pics that show the capacitors and the Transistors. If you need further assistance with it let me know.

HDMI is best option but does not carry audio well to surround sound system if usings one.

my hitachi p50v702 says pip function not available At first I had Dish network joey connected to HDMI 1 and DVD player connected to HDMI 2. I read on some website saying PIP will not work with both connected with HDMI. I reconnected the DVD to imput 3 and still having same peoblem.
