ok you need to remove the power ie turn power off remove power cable, pull cooker out remove screws on back panel then remove door, now inside oven their is 4 screws 2 top 2 bottom then this is removed you will see fan you need to go to back and remove wire from the back pull through and do same when you put new part in
I'm afraid you haven't understood my question - It is the not the fan that needs replaced but the shaft of the switches that controls the fan oven and grill tempretures that has sheared off so need to access behind the control panel
their is 2 screws under the back panel remove, hit top to the front it will move 1 inch lift with care, you will see 2 screws at top left and right when this is removed your at front panel, remove part and put back the together, you just need to remove back panel under this 2 more screws hit top forward, lift with care 2 more screws under top face panel will be easy to replace part

Press and hold the 2 buttons on the left hand - clock and cook time and then press the + button.
This then sets the time to allow manual and takes the auto off.

SOURCE: fan oven wont heat up
If fan is workintg, but no heat, then replace oven element.
If no heat or fan, then make sure timer is set on manual and not on auto
Please rate my solution.

SOURCE: Dead oven despite element replacement?
If it has a timer, then make sure it is set to manual, and not auto, otherwise the oven will not come on.
What usually happens is, if you have a power cut, or switch the oven off, then the timer automatially goes to auto when the power is on again.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.

SOURCE: My Belling oven has no heat, but the fan &
If the fan is working o/k, then there is little doubt that the oven element has failed.
This is quite common with fan assisted ovens.
The element is usually located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
