follow the following link: http://www.harborfreight.com/manuals/91000-91999/91006.pdf you will see a picture of the bunkerhill digital floor safe, ITEM 91006-6VGA, under the sale price, you will see in GREEN "download product manual. There you will find the instructions for this safe. It took me about 30 minutes to find, then realized I didn't have batteries inside. Lucky for me, I found the key. You will need batteries inside. Search on "How to open a safe with a potato" and you'll find a youtube video on how to open that safe. All the Bunker Hill safes use the same lock mechanisms which have a critical design flaw if the spring on the solenoid is weak in that the plunger bounces enough to allow the bolt to be thrown open if you can time hitting the front of the safe just right. Of course, if you mount it such that you can't get a good swing in then no problem. There are two adjustment screws to the bolt throw, if your safe is easily opened this way, you might want to adjust these screws so that more of the plunger hits the stop. I couldn't get mine to open with a rubber mallet but it's mounted so you can't get a good swing in.
