Rimage 2000i error code 7551

Printer is stalling after printing had been finished. Drawer has opened, disk
has been lifted and then all functions come to a stop. Lower orange light is flashing. This problem is happening after about 6 disks. Screen saver is switched off. Help!!

Hello B13Designs,


If you receive a "No Production Server Active" message when using QuickDisc, make sure that the Production Server status is set to Active, Processing orders in Rimage System Manager. Once the Production Server is set to this status, jobs can be processed.

1. Open Rimage System Manager.

2. Select Production Server. Production Server status information displays in the right panel, next to the Production Servericon.

3. If Production Server is paused or stopped, press the play button. Production Server starts.

Hello pwilford,

The most common cause for this issue is dirt and dust build up on the pivot tray. The pivot tray is the plastic piece the disc slides across when it is done printing. Clean this really well with some Formula 409 and it should "clean up" your issue.

The most common failed parts in a system like this is the Hard Drives (not in your case) and the recorders. It is very possible that the recorders are going bad and need to be replaced. make sure that the dvd burner is getting enough power test all leads that are attached to the dvd burner including electical extensions and make sure they have a secure connection or just replace them there might be bad/faulty or the drivers may have been corrupted or you might have a virus run your antivrus program you might have to physically unplug the leads for this cd/dvd burner then plug them back in this should activate the found new hardware wizard or you might have to uninstall then reinstall your DVD/CD or uninstall the driver then reinstall for this device Click start control panel administrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll down cd-dvd rom drives you might see a yellow question mark ? right click you will have options to update driver,roll back driver,or select properties general troubleshoot, select driver click to reinstall drivers click update driver or uninstall then reinstall if this does not fix the problem it might be a registry problem if you cant see your disk drive in windows explorer
Close all open programs

Click on Start, Run, and type regedit and press Enter
Click on the plus signs (+) next to the following folders

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

SYSTEM

CurrentControlSet

Control

Class

{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

This folder is the DVD/CD-ROM Drive Class Description in the registry. Look for any of the following names in the right hand column.

Upper Filters

Lower Filters

Upper Filters.bak

Lower Filters.bak

If any of the above keys shown in step 4 are listed, right-click on them and choose Delete

After deleting the keys, close the registry editor
Reboot your computer

Open My Computer and check to see if your CD or DVD drives have returned. You may also want to open Device Manager and verify that the yellow exclamation and error code on the CD or DVD drive is gone.

How do I reload staples into my Xerox WorkCentre 7530?


You did not indicate finisher? Xerox MFPs' come with the most finishing options of any manufacturer.... I included instructions for all of them below. Enjoy!
Solution : Load Staples in the Professional Finisher With Booklet Maker The stapler in the booklet maker uses two Staple Cartridges labeled R2 and R3. Booklet stapling requires that both Staple Cartridges be free of jammed staples.
WARNING: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
  1. Make sure the printer has stopped copying or printing.
  2. Open the Finisher Front Door.

  3. Squeeze the orange R2 and R3 levers together and pull the Staple Cartridge unit out of the Finisher until it stops.

    NOTE: The Staple Cartridge unit does not detach from the Finisher.

  4. Grasp the orange tabs on both sides of the Staple Cartridge and lift the cartridge out of the Staple Cartridge Unit.

  2. Open the Finisher Side Cover.

  4. Hold the tabs on both sides of the cartridge and pull the cartridge out of the finisher.

    NOTE: If you have trouble inserting the cartridge, make sure the staples are positioned correctly in the cartridge.
  6. Starting at step 3, repeat the procedure for the other cartridge.
  7. Close the Finisher Side Cover.
Solution : Load Staples in the Integrated Office Finisher WARNING: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
  1. Make sure the machine has stopped printing or copying, then open the Front Cover on the Integrated Office Finisher located under the Scanner Assembly.

  2. Remove the Staple Cartridge by grasping the cartridge by the orange handle and pulling it straight out of the Finisher.
  3. Remove any loose staples inside the Finisher.
  4. Pinch both sides of the staple case and remove the staple case from the cartridge.

  5. Remove the new staple case from its packaging and insert the front side of the case into the staple cartridge. Push the rear side into the cartridge. The cartridge will click into place when it is installed correctly.

  7. Close the Front Cover.

Orange light flashing five times


With the printer on...

Open the lid
Remove the ink cartridges
Lift the print head lock lever on the left
Remove the print head
Gently clean out any ink
Gently clean the copper contacts on the back
Gently clean the print head nozzle(s) on the bottom
Make sure it's dry
Re-install the print head
Put the lock lever back in the down position
Reinstall your ink
Close the lid
Try printing again
The printer may detect that you removed/inserted ink so it may go through a print head cleaning of it's own that you need to wait to finish
If needed, power cycle the printer and then try printing again
You may need to replace the print head

How to solve E-2-7 on a canon pixma mp150 all-in-one printer?


Try this ~
1. Start with printer OFF
2. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER
3. Release RESUME
4. press RESUME twice, then release POWER
5. let green light blink until printhead has finished moving.
6. Press resume

If still cannot, try this ~
1) With the printer powered off but connected to a power source, press the Power button while pressing and holding
the Stop/ Reset button.
2) When the Power LED is lit, press the Stop/Reset button two times while pressing and holding the Power button.
3) When releasing the Power button and the Stop / Reset button (regardless of order), the printer will move into a
service mode. (Waiting formenu selection)
4) When the LED lights in green, press the Stop/Reset button the specified number of time(s) according to the
function listed in the table below.(Each time the Stop/Reset button is pressed, the LED
lights alternately in
orange and green, starting with orange.)

Orange light is flashing 7 times, but printer ,is locked. Ink tanks do not centre when lid is opened.

Start with the printer OFF

1. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER
2. release RESUME (while still holding down the POWER)
3. press RESUME twice, then release POWER
4. The green light will blink and the printer will make some noise. Wait until this is finished, you are now in the printer's diagnostic mode.

To select one of the functions below, use the RESUME button and then press POWER to execute:

1 - orange - Service Test Print: Extended nozzle check pattern
