SOURCE: coffee not hot enough

Before placing first coffee capsule in the machine, run the large espresso cup button into a cup (clear water will come out). This primes the machine and makes for hotter coffee.

SOURCE: Flashing red light. Nespresso Citiz & milk coffee machine.

problem is overheating at a single point in the bottom of the milk container. Try cleaning the milk residue after each time you use it and the flashing red light disappears. This is a design fault. Nespresso are happy to keep marketing the Citiz but there is no fix - so the Nespresso "mess free" coffee machine is a bunch of flannel - good coffee all the same!

SOURCE: My Delonghi N95 Nespresso machine

Our machine leaks water when making a coffee. I removed the left sue panel to find there is a silver metal cylinder thing in the back that has heavy corrosion on the bottom. I would say it holds the heating element. Disappointing to see that much corrosion inside like that.

Just recd a Nespresso DeLonghi coffee maker. Put in a capsule to make my first coffee and it didn't produce a coffee. The lever won't open. I have unplugged the machine. Not sure what to do?

You are not the first person to encounter such a problem. I recommend to read specialized articles with tips from the masters of service centers. Here you will find a way to repair your coffee machine yourself.

Does anyone know how to pull apart a Nespresso coffee maker ?

Most expresso coffee makers can be taken apart manually.
Start removing screws, nuts, etc. Take a picture every so often so you know how to put it back together.

See the DeLonghi website to get eerie product manuals. (delonghi.com). Search harder for repair parts and you often can get the sequence of how the parts assemble.
You are right, cleaning the jets is the biggest problem area.

Is there a dutch manual for the Delonghi EN 680?

Try the manufacturers web site. They should have the manual in different languages. If not, try a search engine like google and type in "manual for Delonghi EN 680 in Dutch"
