I'm looking for a extraction procedure to separate Erbium from ore concentrate in acid media from other rere earth metals and Pre ipitate Erbium in a pure from and convert in to powder.

The bulkhead on a nailer is the part that separates the pressure chamber from the lower compartment of the nailer. Usually round center hole for the cylinder to pass thru. whats wrong with using plain ole citric acid I use lemon juice for my source works great cleaning up the aluminum and stuff , dont forget to wash off /out what ever you end up using cus if it cleans it up then its corrosive and if you dont get it all off it keeps eating it
Note : contain all run off and dont allow to enter any drains as it contains oil not an enviromenty friendly thing to get out

Not much you can do for this problem. The acid that attacks rust is phosphoric acid. and will be a starting point. IF the rust is flaky put some sharp edged pebbles in it and shake hard to help remove loose rust. (like sand blasting by hand). Use no other acids as they will attack the metal and not the rust. The stronger the phosphoric acid concentration the better. Can be obtained from large hardware stores as a rust converter.

for the front and rear lights to stop working together along with the wiper motor indicates a faulty earth connection between the body and the chassis Check and clean all earth wires between the engine ,body and chassis panels

#1 If the gun only releases air from the trigger and does not fire, suspect orings on Headvalve leaking. Easy to check, remove head and Headvalve and examine the surface in head where oring makes contact with metal surface. If the metal surface looks worn / fine scratches, air is leaking past and gun will not fire. Remove fine scratches with 400 grit paper. Headvalve oring must seal or gun will not fire. If the Headvalve does not make tight seal with new oring, remove new oring and wrap some teflon tape into groove and reinstall oring. The teflon tape will make the oring fit tight against metal surface (try 1 1/2 loops of tape).
#2 If the gun fires however the headvalve gets stuck in the head after some use, Headvalve spring could be weak. Replace the spring or remove the spring and add spacer below spring to give more pressure (I use oring with same diameter as spring under the spring ).
Use silicone paste lube on all orings and surface where orings make contact. This paste is sold at Lowes in the plumbing department and swimming pool supplies. When you connect air to the gun, listen carefully for leaks out the nose or head. Slight leaks will affect how the gun works. Repair as needed. Good luck with your repair.

HI THIS IS V/COMMON ON THIS CAR, IT IS A BAD EARTH ON ONE OF THE REAR LAMPS IF YOU UNPLUG THE WIREING THAT FITS IN THE LAMP YOU WILL SEE WHITE CORRODING ON THE TABS GIVE THEN A RUB WITH SOME LIGHT SANDPAPER TILL SILVER THEN A SPRAY WITH WD40 TO PROTECT THEM, AND ALL WILL WORK AGAIN THANKS.
