Your valve switches are defective. Sometime they will do that if you recently had a boil over and they have got wet. Try turning the breaker off for 24 hours to see if the fixes the problem.http://www.on-timeappliance.com/ovenrepair.html

Shut off the power to the range. It sounds like the igniters got wet. If the clicking sound is still there after you put the power back on, light all the burners to dry out the igniters.

Chances are its a bad spark igniter. Go to web site partselect.com and enter the model number, they have very good pricing. This is usually 2 screws and a little plug to change this part very simple.

I had the same problem, same model. The electronic panel has to be replaced. This part is ~$215 before tax and shipping. With labor, I was looking at over $400. I bought a 4 yr old used GE gas oven for $75. That was my solution.

I believe the part to replace is labeled Erciii, gas

This would have taken at least a week to ship (no one seems to have them in stock).

From now on, I will never own a range in which the oven or stovetop controls are electronic. Knobs and associated mechanics can be replaced MUCH more easily and cheaply!

If you have an Amana range that allows heat to escape from the ranges/ovens when used in their intended manner and is causing irreparable damage to other components or the ranges/oven, including but not limited to, the units’ control board. This problem can discolor the units, diminishing their value and compromises the ability of the ranges/ovens to perform in their intended manner.

If so, this on going problem poses a significant safety risk to their users and property. I know many of you are frustrated and many of you have complained to Amana and have been told that, “There have been no complaints or that the problem does not exist”. Well they won’t be able to say that any more if the thousands of us come together as one and voice our concerns and complaints.
