I just fixed a similar problem on my Samsung WF337 The machine was making a grinding noise during a wash cycle. After entering 'service mode' (see the "Washing Machine Technical Information booklet that came with your machine) and testing the drain pump operation I determined that the pump was the source of the noise. Eventually I found that a nickel had worked it's way into the drain pump. The manual does not address how to access or clean the pump so I thought I would post instructions.

• Unplug the machine and turn off the water supply.
• Remove the silver back panel by taking out the two phillips head screws, pushing the panel up, then pulling out on the bottom.
• Under the tub, you will see the pump with two hoses attached. The black hose is the inlet from the tub and the white hose is the outlet to the standpipe
• 
• Using a cup and/or a towel to catch excess water, remove the hoses by squeezing the spring clamps and sliding them aside (slip joint pliers make this easier) then pulling the hoses off of the fittings on the pump.
• If you need to take to pump out: Remove the three bolts (12mm hex head). I used a 1/2" drive ratchet with a 6"extension.
• 
  
• Unplug the power connector from the pump.
• You can now lift the pump assembly out of the machine and remove any obstructions. To get the coin out, I had to shake the pump a few times and reach in with my finger to dislodge it.
• And as always installation is the reverse of removal. Don't forget to reconnect the power cable to the motor and turn the water supply back on.

Most malls will have no problem with you bringing a doginside as long as it is in the stroller with the mesh shut. I can see it becoming a problem if you dog isbarking, going to the bathroom or has a bad smell. Otherwise, it generally shouldn't be aproblem.
