I got an error code 11-1114 from my Samsung C480W. Can't print addresses on envelops.

Just upgrade to the latest available firmware from Samsung.

Go the "print" dialog and select "settings". Ensure that the paper size, margins and orientation are not set for 8.5x11. You did not mention the software you are using to print the envelopes/labels so this is the only guess I can give. I have seen software that made me have to override the settings before.

Pull down the front and slide the paper guides together till they are the size of the envelope. Place your envelope front side up (return address will be at your bottom left)

Envelope address is printing at the very top of the envelope, in the center. I've tried adjusting the spacing (# inches from top) in Word under envelopes, but the printing stays in the same spot!

experiment with this

open a new document and type in the address where it would be on an envelope
when you have it in the center of the document go to print and see where it is on the preview
now while in that area click on page margins and move the margins to around what you have on the preview
then set as default
that should mean that what ever is going to be printed will appear in that part of the page or in this case the envelope as the printer and program is set to margins and everything inside those margins will be in the right place
basically it is trial and error but what you want to do is in that section of printing

Envelope printing error - when printing from the MP tray, envelopes are wrinkled

nothing im afraid mfps crinkle copiers all you can do is try to reduce the wrinkle try putting the flap inside the envelop sorry but other than that's theres not much your can do

sorry buddy but mfps wrinkle envelopes he have tried many things on many models they all wrinkle the best thing you can do is try to reduce the wrinkle we tuck the flap inside and that helps a little other than that sorry

From the computer using Word 2003:

Open the application, and then select [Print] from the File menu. The Print window will be displayed.

How to print the envelopes on samsung laser printer CLP-310

Hi,
Try printing address on envelope with MS Word as it has the facility under Tools/Envelopess where it will store the 'from address'

Both addresses are fully ajustable ie. left or right, up or down - no doubt there are other programmes for your purpose.

Cannot print envelope on MX310

Note:

Be sure to set the printer driver setting properly. If you do not, the address will be printed in the wrong direction.
It may be required to change the paper size option to 'Envelope' in File Page Setup menu.

Printer Driver Settings:

1Select Envelope in Media Type.

Select the size for envelopes.

* In Windows, select DL Env. or Comm. Env. #10 in Page Size.
* In Macintosh, select DL Envelope or #10 Envelope in Paper Size.
Select Landscape in Orientation.

Can't print envelopes

is this the first time you use word ?
if it is any of the newer version 2003, 2007. the printing of envelope is as follow:
open the word, elect tools>>envelopes and labels. type in the delivery address and return address. click add to document.
completed you letter.
whenyou want ot pin the envelope, hig light the delivery address on the document, file, pirnt, type in 0 (zero) in the pages box under the page range (in the middle of the popup, under the "curent page button).
