but I suspect the pressing and holding the reset button for 30 sec will take it back to factory defaults - though the manual does not specifically say that.
just login with your user name and on the drop down window click forgotten password, the will send a link via email to reset it . If only your facebook account was hacked you should be ok . If your computer was hacked you need to change every password and any questions you gave answers to reset. other wise they can reset your password again.
