I did notice bulb is gone in oven
SOURCE: Microwave oven heats sporatically.
Since you say it sounds normal, the first thing I would suspect is a
loose / corroded connection of the "FA" (right hand) terminal of the
magnetron.
The
photo I've attached is a worst case scenario, but even if the terminal
is a little loose, it can cause a "no heat" condition.
If it's
not too charred or corroded, it can be squeezed with pliers to tighten
it. If it is too far gone, the solution is to either install a new
connector or solder the wire directly to the terminal. But in either
case, the metal must be clean and shiny.
If
you or someone you know decide to look into it, we have critical safety
information and disassembly information at our site, and our link is at
our listing here on FixYa.
We have the service manual for this model and have uploaded it to our site here to help you.
You will need the free Acrobat Reader to view or print it in case you don't have it already.
There should
also be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind
the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which
is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.
You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.
If it's not the magnetron, then the next suspect would be a bad connection elsewhere in the high voltage.

SOURCE: oven humms and doesn't heat anymore....
if you say 'seems like common problem with this model' then just replace it and get another good model.
it gives peace in long run.
SOURCE: light bulb broke in oven
This
is pretty common and can be a pain. It's tacked in place with contact
cement or hot glue,
and sometimes there may have been enough moisture to corrode and seize
up.
First of all, always unplug the oven before removing or installing light bulbs.
You could heat it up
(hair dryer, maybe?) then use needle nose pliers. Be careful if heating
so you don't burn anything.
You
may be able to put the tips of needle nose pliers inside the broken
bulb's socket, gently but firmly force the pliers jaws apart and then
rotate the pliers to loosen it.
Another
cool trick is to put a big
glob of hot glue on the end of a stick or dowel, then shove it into the
broken base and let it cool about 5 minutes, then turn the stick.
Before I install a new bulb, I
like to put a little WD-40 or rust buster on the threads of the new
bulb, too. Grease, Vaseline, cooking oil, or anything like that will
work. Just a thin coat.
Once you get the lights replaced, if you find that they still won;t come on (or if they're stuck on or stuck on bright or dim) then oyu will need to have your circuit board repaired.
We see (and repair) this
a lot. The problem is on the control panel, which
we regularly repair nationwide
by mail for $39.95 postpaid in about a
week or so.
At
our Web site, you can get details of our
service, plus we have a video
available showing how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
This light failure often
occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament
shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first
unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a
failure on the controller.
The lights can can be
inoperable or stuck on or stuck in "night light" mode. Sometimes this will similarly
affect the fan operation or inside light, too.

SOURCE: Error code F-14 when using
Read the following blog, it describes Frigidaire's F14 error code:
http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/47659-frigidaire-stove-displaying-f14-error.html
Although your model differs from the one in this blog, the error code will be the same as far as symptoms go, and should clue you in as to what to check, clean, etc.
Also, here is a pdf that describes this fault, also:

Good luck, thanks for using FixYa, and hope this helps.

Hi,house fuse has blown or interior fuse inside the microwave has blown ( usually a part inside the microwave makes this fuse blow ) Sometimes a bad fuse holder inside the microwave cannot hold the fuse tight enough and the fuse will blow as well.
The fuse inside the microwave may have blown, but more commonly the flame/oven thermostat has sensed the over cooked food and the flame/oven/cavity thermostat has opened up -
A thermal fuse should not kill power to the entire microwave. Make sure the wall socket has 110 volts, try using a different one
thermostat works as a thermal cut-off (sort of like a fuse). . If it's open, it's bad. Sounds like you found the source of the problem.
If the interior light does work then there is nothing wrong with the fuse.
Most likely the problem is a bad control board.
If the microwave is less then a year old, it should be under the manufacturer warranty without any charge to you.
If it's more then a year old, any replacement parts for this model you can buy from the Sears only because it's made overseas.
Let me know, ok
