I suspect that your watch has a screw-down crown. Turn the stem anti-clockwise until it springs out slightly and you'll be able to set the time. Remember to screw it back down afterwards to maintain water resistance of your watch.

MICHELE CSX HAND ALIGNMENT

You don't say if your "CSX" is a battery powered watch or a mechanical or windup type watch. The solution for a mechanical watch is take it to a watchmaker. If it is a battery powered watch you may be able to do it yourself. Not all work the same way so without knowing what a "CSX" is I will give you one way to try. Pull the crown out two clicksHold the lower button in until a hand moves. You have now selected that hand to adjustUsing the upper button now, press and adjust the hand until it lines up with 12Now hold the lower button againAnother hand should moveUse the upper button to adjust this hand to the 12 positioncontinue this until all the hands line up with 12Press the crown in and press the upper button, the chronograph hands should startPress the upper button again and they should startPress the lower button and they should all go to the 12 o'clock position

I purchased a Cote d' Azur watch & necklace set on a cruise ship recently, and can't seem to set the other three functions on the watch. There is only one pin but there are three addtional...

One of the dials should be seconds so you won't be setting that, the other two should be day and date, when you pull the stem and crown all the way out you can set the time there is a halfway setting ( pull the stem halfway out) if you turn one way it's the day of the week the other way is the date. Hope this helps! Also what appears to be a second hand on the dial a lot of times is actually a stopwatch.

The red bead (?) on the stem of my Michele CSX watch came off and was lost. How do I get a replacement? Thank you. Patty

I also chipped the enamel on the crown. You should take it to the place you purchased it and they will send it to Michele (actually Fossil) for repair. I had my Michele for 5 years before sending it in to have the crown repaired and have since lost the stem. Prior to that first repair, I did not have any issues with my watch. I really think that the parts used on my watch for the first repair were shotty. Very disappointing, but what do you do?

HOW DO I CHANGE THE DATE ON MY MICHELLE DECO WATCH

Turn the dial toward you and pull out. Then turn the dial away from you to change the date (you can only go upward in date).

It has been a while since I have worn my watch. I have reset the time and warn it for a while but it has not started back. How long do I have to wear it before it will run on its own.

mcdevito75 here, If your watch is a quartz watch, have the battery changed, if your watch is a windup watch that hasn"t started due to you not wearing it in a while, you can try to KICK START it in a way. Take the watch off and as if to set the time of day, pull the stem out and move the hads back and forth, say from 3 to 9 then back again, sometimes this motion of the hands moveing and the stem being pulled in and out can KICK START a windup watch. If this does not help, see the repair service here at fixya, bottom of the page click on repair service directory then watches. I am Mike D I am in the directory and can help out if needed.

I have a problem pulling out the stem to set the date on my Roadster. Can you help? I can't seem to grasp the stem securely enough to pull it out. Thank you

mcdevito 75 here, you should be able to get a finger nail just under the stem to lift the stem to set the time, day/date, first be sure the stem isn"t a screwdown type, gasp the stem and turn it to see, if it is a screwdown type, simply un-screw the stem then pull it out to set the time, day/date. If all fails your local or any jeweler can help.
