SOURCE: Microwave runs when door open
This is probably a a bad door switch or door switch mount. Chances are only the fan and light are running when you open it, but better safe than sorry. Opening the door while cooking (without first hitting the STOP pad) is the primary cause of door switch failure but not the only one. I have a text file called "doorsw.txt" which helps in diagnosing and repairing door switch problems, and a file called "safety.txt" which is of vital importance. You can find these files by searching at Yahoo.com (not Google) for this: microwave display safety.txt If you still have a problem, please write back with more detail. Be safe!

The first step is to unplug it from the wall for a few minutes then try again. In case it helps, model EM-S5595 is unlocked by holding the Stop/Clear button as in the photo below. If that does not do it, try Sano/Fisher Service at http://sanyoservice.com/ . You may also have a keypad or control board problem.
SOURCE: How to install new light bulb
unlike the older models were there was a small compartment were you could take of a small covering and unscrew / replace the globe they are now a sealed unit if you take the entire top of youl see the globe and black globe holder dont try to unscrew it they dont unscrew if you can order a new globe holder included then simply install as per removal but be carefull microwaves hold a lot of power even when disconnected from power dont touch the capacitor or it will shock you

You can just type "EM-" (without quotes) in the search box at the Sanyo (Panasonic) support site here.
Check a few of the first results to see if they're close enough to help you.
If not, contact them via that page for more help.
