To resolve this problem, remove the affected filter drivers.

As you have not explained the whole problem if the read led on ur rom is continuously blinking then clean the cd or if it is clean and has no scratches then get a lens cleaner and clean the lens of ur rom.
get another cd burning software i recommend nero.
