Can't zoom with camera. My trackball works fine for everything but when in camera mode and I try to zoom nothing happens. It stays on 1x

I had this issue a while back, have you pulled your battery out of the phone? if you have not, take the battery out and let it sit for minimum 2 minutes, i suggest longer but defiantly not shorter. Then put it back in. The blackberry is like a small computer and pulling the battery out is like doing a restart on the computer. You should pull it out at least once a month for optimal performance.
