Make sure that the tip of the head is not damaged, or missing anything.
Sometimes, there can be a pressure leak from the tip of the lance, inhibiting the pump from kicking in properly.
Hope that helps.

Most people recommend replacing the motor capacitor in this situation, since a faulty cap will reduce the starting torque. But in my case the check valve was the culprit - there was too much back pressure on the head.

Windshield washer doesnt have any pressure behind it, how to clean or unclog?

i know on GM models there is a little motor at the bottom of the reservoir, as you pull the lever you should hear the motor kick on. You can always used compressed air to see if there is any debri in the line.

Barrell doesnt spin

Check the drain hose if to low to ground if so raise hose up to even with the tub top or two thirds up on machine. Some washers don't spin until water is drain out first then the pressure switch turns the timer to spin. Hope this may help.

Washer wont do anything.......

the pressure switch may be bad there is a switch under the control panel it has a plastic tube coming to it from the tub when it fills with water the pressure stops the water and starts the motor now first turn the timer to final spin and see if it runs through that if it does the timer and motor are good and the pressure switch is prob the culprit to get under the control panel there are two screws on the back of the end caps back them out pull the panel forward and tilt it back on its hinges if you further help contact me

WILL HE4T RUN WITH KICK PANEL AND BACK PANEL OFF?

The washer will run without the panels in place. As a technician it is common practice to troubleshoot with the bottom panel and/or back panel removed in order to see if certain components are working. The "F06" error is a motor speed problem. With this fault, the washer will shut down if the motor speed is not detected, or reach optimum rpms. The fault is usually caused by a failure of the Motor Control Unit (MCU) or Drive Motor. The following link explains how to troubleshoot:

F11 code Whirlpool Duet GHW9300PWO Washer

well your close f11 is a motor control unit error or a loose connection in the wiring harness from the mcu to the motor or from the mcu up to the control panel the mcu is under the bottom kick panel un plug the washer safety first then start at the motor follow the wires back to the mcu checking wires and connectors then form the mcu up to the control board check your motor for continuity normal should be about 6 ohms between pins 1&2 then same at pins 2&3 same at pins 1&3 your motor maybe overheating and tripping out on overload then restarting when the washer motor cools down if all that checks get back with me and we will run diag on it
