French horn or auto/car horn or railroad horn or factory horn!

If auto or car horn connect light bulb in place of the horn to see if electricity gets there. If it does and the lamp lights, then replace the horn.

2013 Dodge Avenger left side steering wheel buttons don’t work neither does the horn...but the horn sounds from the alarm...and the alarm goes off when you unlock the door with the key and open the door...

Sounds like you have an issue with either the steering wheel or the clock spring. You need to find someone that is experienced with working on vehicle SRS systems as your air bag module will need to come out for diagnosing your problems.

2004 envoy horn don't work but relay is making a clicking sound when you push the horn is it a bad relay or what might the problem be

In the end, I think you will find you are in line for a new horn (or two). The clicking sound means there is electricity getting to the relais.
I don't know your situation, but you might consider trying a used one before you buy a new one.
For example, borrow one from someone.
Maybe you can't.
Be blessed.

Horns not working,original relay 43yrs old !

You hear clicking at horns, and not the relay? Maybe the horns went bad, or maybe you need to check and clean the connections there.
Don\'t know why the cab light went dim, unless the horn wire was trying to make contact?
Yes, TJ, the horn wire should be hot. You are grounding that hot wire when you press for the horn. That hot wire comes from the coil side of the horn relay. Press for horn, it grounds the coil side of relay, and the relay can pass power to the horns.
Now back to the clicking no-honker horns: power gets to the horns when relay is energized, and there has to be a good ground for horns to work. I don\'t know if your horns are case grounded or a wire from horns goes to ground, but check the ground there. If case grounded, pull horns off and clean the ground. Also might try a known good horn. Keep at it, sounds like you are almost there.

Air intake noise when I turn it on.?

Describe the noise. Is it a hiss, like something isn't connected tightly?Or is it a horn sound? IF it's a horn sound,it could be coming from a component right at the rear of the engine. I replaced one on my boy's Crown Vic.It's hard to do without having some good selections of 1/4"drives or small wrenches.
That sound got so bad that people were getting mad at Justin because they thought he was sounding his horn at them.
I don't remember the name of the component,but it cost me 50 bucks at Auto-Zone. don-ohio (:^D

Wiring diagram for 2006 v-star 1100 custom. horn just stopped working. I replace it thinking it was defective, but have the same problem. The horns work because I just hooked them up to a spare battery. ...

If you have power to the horn, then the problem is the horn button or wiring to the horn button.
The horn is supposed to work when earthed out by the horn button.
If there is power to the horn it has already passed through and relay or fuse

I have a 1995 chevy tahoe, the horn will not make a sound you can press on the horn and feel it click but no sound. Is this something i can personally repair myself and how do i do that?

Check for voltage to the horn either while someone else presses the horn button, or by using a test light. You should get 12V between the horn wire and a known good ground. If you're getting 12V at the horn wire, then you probably need to replace the horn. If you don't get 12V when the horn is applied, then it is likely that the horn relay needs to be replaced.

My cruise control doesn't work??...any

jnjkingbird, It sounds like this problem is the clock spring as I don't believe that the horn and the cruise control would share a fuse. However, they do share a circuit in the clock-spring. You can check for power at each unit (horn and the cruise control) which would confirm this. Check each fuse as well. Good luck with this.

Push on wheel no horn sound, fuse okay

when pushing on the horn pad do you hear a click noise if so then the horn relay is good and the horn itself is probably the problem.if not it could be the relay but these don`t go bad very often.i would check the horn by feeding power to it directly at the horn to see if it works.
