Cancellations - You have a 21 day cooling off period from the date of this letter where you may cancel your membership
and receive a full refund without any recourse or further charges. However, no cancellations will be accepted if the
Sapphire Dining card has been activated/sent out by request. If your cooling off period has expired, you enter into the
initial 12 month Sapphire membership program. Cancelling your membership to Sapphire once the membership is fully
active (after cooling off period) will ensure you are not billed for any further annual terms, but as your current annual
membership has been paid you may continue to use the service for the remainder of your term. You may not obtain a
refund for membership fees paid after the initial cooling off period. To cancel this contract simply email us on
[email protected] including your customer number, name as it appears on the front of this document,
