Puk code, personal unlocking key. It is sim card related / spesific, if you take the sim card out from the phone, the phone will work with another sim card.

The puk comes up when the pin code has been entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk code for your sim card, you have to call the service provider of that sim card. They are the only ones who can provide you with the right puk code for that sim card.

The PUK code is an unique code associated with the SIM card, not with the phone.

The only way to find a lost PUK code is by calling the company that released the SIM.

Only other way to unlock PUK is replacing the SIM card.

When your LG TracFone prompts you for the PUK code, do not enter any more codes. Even if you enter the correct SIM PIN, the phone will not accept it. You also cannot use an old PUK code to unlock the SIM. The PUK code is randomly generated by the carrier's network when the SIM PIN locks. You will need to get the PUK code from Tracfone. Contact TracFone customer care at 800-867-7183 for the correct code. You can contact customer care from the phone with the locked SIM card, but it's best to call from another line so the representative can walk you through the process of entering the code.

So Puk code Open and Problem will Quickly Solved
But:
Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one.
You need to call your service provider to get this code.
It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes,
you can permanently damage the device. So Please You Go to Service office

Do you unlocked the phone??
you need figurated how to change the web settings because when u use the original sim (sim comes whit phone) you got the rigth settings to open your browser but if not, you allready delete de settings for web browser, look in the aplication if its something for change the web browser settings, or in your same phone

The PUK is not stored within the phone, But the network. You will need to contact tracfone, give your details and ask for your PUK to be generated for you
