I am trying to find a repair manual for my 8000 watt predator generator. I would also be interested in a manual for generators in general, both in book or online printable.

The ignition timing could be out a bit, or you may have a sticking valve. Check the compression.

There's either a short in the cord somewhere, or the breaker on the generator is faulty and needs replacing.
