SOURCE: gas range, can't remove bottom oven panel - frigidaire FGFB55ASD

It pulls out toward the back or the oven. I usually lift it up as high as I can before yanking on it. If it is stuck, try sliding 2 small screwdrivers in the screw holes for more yanking leverage. As a lats resort, pry it out from the front; you may damage the finish this way. Hope this helps!

SOURCE: frigidaire gas range ES100 oven will not light

I had a similar problem with my Kenmore and it was the Igniter. Cost me about $85.00 for a new one. Sometime on the back of the range there is a little pocket where sometimes a schematic is there and ( I don't know about your Frigidaire) but with my Kenmore it gave troubleshooting info that was very helpful in determining the problem.

They sell these at appliance parts supply houses. Take you old ones with you, and you should be able to get genuine replacements!

Igniter knobs on my gas stove turn just enough to let gas escape.

There isn't much you can do to the stove outside of buying a stove that has standing pilots or shutting off the gas each time you leave the kitchen. This is a problem with the pilotless design. If the knob isn't turned far enough the activate the spark switch, gas can escape without being lit. Vigilance is your only answer outside of the solutions suggested.

Oven wont come obut igniter works

Yes, it could be the knob or the oven control.

If the knob fits tightly to the control, and turns the stem of the control, then I would be suspect of the control. But if the knob fits loosely, I would be suspect of the knob.

My 1992 Frigidaire Elite stove has locked itself, how do unlock it?

1-turn oven control to lock
2-push in and turn the stop dial knob to set a cleaning time of aprox. 1 hour
3-push the start dial knob in . this will make the locking mechanism to operate (wait 15 seconds)
4- turn the stop knob back to the"0" setting on the cleaning dial. the knob will pop out waight 15 seconds to allow the mechanism to unlatch the door
5-open the door
6 push the stop dial in to return it to the manual position
7- turn the oven control knob to off
8- close door.
basically your just repeating a cleaning cycle to reset the lock mechanism

Frigidaire FGF378AC Gas Stove

There are 2 possibilities:
1) Are there 2 knobs to control the oven? If so, they may be switched.
2) Depending on the thermostat used, it may be possible to put the knob on upside down.
