You won't find a schematic for that and most things. They are proprietary and don't go outside of the factory. A authorized service center may get one but they won't make copies as they risk loosing their service contract.
If you can find a good electronics bench tech they would be able to fix this in short order. Usually you see blown transistor or caps in the switching section. If you have a good meter and are patient you can find out what is dead. Start with transistors and diodes, then caps and then transformer. Once you check past the caps you are more or less hunting for a needle in a haystack as those first three are probably 90% plus of what commonly goes wrong.
I fix a lot of things like this for myself. It does take time when you don;t have schematics but it isn't worth paying anyone to fix for you. You'd spend more than what a replacement is worth. If you take your time make notes and doodle your own schematic of the power supply area so you can reference it, you stand a fair chance of finding the little ****** that has died.

You have it plugged into teh wrong breaker possibly, see what breaker in you power box controls the washer, and plug it into an outlet that uses a bigger breaker, possibly 35AMP or so.

Stop using immediately. There is a problem that can cause fire or electrical shock if used. Have this unit checked by a service technician.
