From the manufacturer's website it states to make sure that all the prongs in the charging cradle are protruding and match that on the back of the watch. If the watch has been worn quite a bit, make sure all the contact points are clean (suggested by manufacturer you use a q-tip with rubbing alcohol). And attempt to charge again.
