SOURCE: Need owners manual for Medion MD9470 mouse

Found the Medion web site (unaccountably didn't surface the first time I Googled it) - see http://www.medionusa.com/ and go to the Downloads link. Enter model number, and find both manual and driver.

Well, I had the same problem, too, and I just turned my PC off, waited a few seconds and turned it on again. This means I really turned it off completely; normal restarting didn't work. Maybe that helps you too.

MOUSE WILL NOT WORK

You haven't said what kind of mouse you have or whether it used to work.
I'll offer some suggestions for the most common problems:
If it used to work but now doesn't, try a system restore back to when it did work.
If that doesn't work--are you using a wireless mouse? If so, are the batteries fresh and are they inserted correctly?
If you are using a wireless mouse, have you pushed the little "connect" button on the bottom?
You haven't said, but is the other mouse a wireless one or a USB mouse? If your USB mouse doesn't work, try another USB port. If you go into the device manager, do you see a "human interface device" or a "mouse" listed? If so, it will tell you the system recognizes the device. If that is missing, there is a good chance the mouse is dead.

Mouse just stopped working, I first thought it was the betteries, I have replaced them with new ones, even though the onese there before were pretty new to begin with but it does not work, any suggestions?

It could be that your laser in your mouse is blocked.Check if you can right click and if your buttons are still working.If so,its probably the sensor(under the mouse,usually a red beam)could be blocked.If you CANNOT right click then all I can think of is you got a fualty mouse.For a new mouse I would recomend a AlienWare mouse.I own one myself,it isnt the cheapest,or the most expensive,but it is the best mouse I have ever owned,I have owned it for over two years and it still works.Hope it helped

Cordless Logitech optical mouse scroll wheel stopped working

in fact this one is one of my Favorite Combo set, change with the the fresh bettery, link the mouse again, clean the mouse wheel with the cleaner I think it'll work.

The wireless keyboards & mice work on batteries, try replacing the batteries first, if that doesn't work you may try with an USB(or PS2) replacement keyboard/mouse.
