your oven is electric yeah? the hot air element shouldnt be glowing like that, it glows with the door open? the oven has a over temp stat so if the oven got too hot then it would trip out, if it does then the solid state relays will have to be changed, but if it carries on as normal then shouldnt worry

SOURCE: water is pouring out of the bottom of Rational oven SCC 101 E

theres a chance you have a deffective solenoid staying open causing the water to overfill the boiler tank and passing out the overflow into the quench box and down the drain!

First check fuses, then check your donut transformer located at bottom of oven behind water line area

I have Rational SCC WE Combi Oven keeps burning the fuse Hi everyone Rational SCC WE Combi Oven, After we connected to power 480 v we used about an hour. Next Day turn it on. It was on for a few minutes after then It shut it off itself We replaced the fuse It turn on again and burn the fuse again in 10 seconds. I called the authorized technician he did the same thing. he replaced the fuse It turn on for a few seconds and burn out the fuse again. The technician couldn't figure out the problem he said he will call the factory to figure out what cause the fuse burns out, however, it looks like they cannot figure out. does anybody has any idea?
