IF movement is up and down, you've a bad wheel/axle bearing. If it's moving in and out, the axle keeper clip is off the axle in the differential and it's a wonder the axel, wheel and tire have not come out of the differential housing. Have this checked NOW or you'll lose that axle at a most inopportune moment.

pressure reliefe valve is malfunctioning as this can be one to several you need special hydraulic meters to know (best bet take it to the dealer) I know that stinks but as they become more complicated so does the repair process
