How many pounds of lift would 3200 rpm give

It does not matter how many RPM is needed. You must consider only the time required to lift the weight, the distance to raise it, and the horsepower needed to do the lifting. One HP can lift 33,000 pounds one foot in one minute. or 1 pound could be lifted 33,000 feet in one minute or any combination that multiplies to 33,000 pounds x feet.
So for 200 pounds, 1 HP could lift it 165 feet in one minute. Should we use a smaller motor of 1/10 HP it would lift the 200 pounds 16.5 feet in the same minute. The other useful thing to consider is the equivalent wattage needed for the electrical power supply. One HP is about 745 Watts. So the power to run your incandescent 75W light bulb would be 1/10 HP.
Note: RPM is not significant.

My transmission has trouble making its way into reverse, especially when it is cold. Trying to troubleshoot. I have had the transmission rebuilt approx. 3 years ago.

Something to do is retighten the valve body bolts. 96 to 115 inch pounds(8 to 10 Foot pounds). Remove the pan to access the valve body. Messy job. I would pull they valve body and check for sticking valves. But if you don't get it back together right, your truck won't move at all. Over filled is not the problem. Have you had it serviced since the rebuild?

Block heater

Naaaa.Old wives tales.I grew up in northern NY and back in the day,30 years ago,the climate was much more severe than today.I have seen -40 below up there.Block heaters back then were necessary for especially diesel trucks,as they do NOT like to start in those temps.Gasoline engines with today's fuel injection and computerized engine controls have no need for a block heater as they will fire at the hit of the switch immediately in those temps.Old carbureted cars from 30 years ago normally would NOT fire right up at -40 below WITHOUT a block heater. The only reason i can think to install a block heater is that you will have instant heat when you get in the car.If you are worried about accelerated engine wear because of extreme temps, then by all means install one,or just have a remote start installed, fire the car in the morning and let it warm up 10 minutes at idle before you drive it off.I have a certain relative in N.C. that does this in the summer time.Start the car out in the driveway from inside the house via the remote start, let it run for 10 minutes with the A/C on high to COOL it DOWN,lol.
