Dacor rsd30s stuck on FO on oven touch pad and oven will not turn on or any functions respond

this happened to us when we had a power surge. The following instructions fixed our oven!! however, the next month we experienced another power outage and it did not work and the Sears repair man said we need to replace the Oven Control ($300) and the Sub Panel ($300) good luck! Joanne

FO CODE ON STOVE. HOW TO RESOLVE:

1. Turn power off to the oven by flipping the circuit breakers off to oven for a few minutes then power back up.
2. Press Bake and Broil keys simultaneously.
3. Press Hour Down and Minute Down keys simultaneously for 5 seconds.
4. Wait approximately 20 seconds after the time of day is displayed.
5. Press the Temp Up and Minute Up keys simultaneously.
6. The control will briefly go blank, briefly display all LED segments, briefly display LOC REF, then display all segments for 30 seconds, and finally display LOC REF.
7. Press Hour Down and Minute Up keys simultaneously.
8. The control will then display the time of day and operate.

Thank You Canada Two your solution worked for my clock problem also. We lost power and when it returned I could not reset the clock. Shut off power over night and when returning power the next morning, the clock controls worked as they should.
