Hi if you want reset bios password ( asume you forget it) You need reset bios find reset CMOS jumper or take out battery for few sec. All settings in BIOS will be reset. Let me know if you need more help

That is common, the company that originally set it up, or someone who serviced it at some point changed the default password. you need to call a technician to come out and service it, this will require opening the system up and clearing the memory, then it will have to be reprogrammed.

Sorry I've been out of town and I'm just catching up. I looked at the info I sent to you and eventhough it is under the heading of Compact I think it is for a Prostar. The info is under the DCS heading and is called " DCS Technical Manual August 1995" Pages 186, 187, 197 and 200. I have not given up and I'm looking through my other reference materials but you are right, there are a lot of user and programming guides but no installation guides.
