The tomtom website is: www.tomtom.com It should work fine.

After you get to the site, and if this is your first time, you'll need to set up an account. After you have done that, you can proceed to register your TomTom device by connecting your GPS to your computer ... using the MyDrive tool (or the MySports tool for watches).

Most of the people selling the batteries on eBay include a guide.

Sounds like its not charging......

The car charger adapter plug has a fuse in it..... Unscrew the silver tip of plug.... CAREFULLY its spring loaded.... check fuse replace with a 3A fuse... buy at any Radioshack store

No charge. ;-]

The best way to learn this is to play with it. You should get your user manual out or download a copy from tomtom. I find watching a video then trying to copy it is the easiest. If you go to youtube and search for tomtom tutorial you will find several showing how to find where you are, how to find a place to go to and how to navigate. I've included a link to one but if you look you may find other that are presented in a batter way for you. The tomtom is pretty simple to use so a hour or so of watching a few videos and then playing with the unit and you soon have it mastered. The manual comes in handy when you need to check out something or forget how to do something. After you catch on to how the menus and the unit works you probably won't use it.
Just watch the video go out in the back yard and play and you'll be fine.

YouTube is your best bet- use search strrings like 330s, tomtom 330- you can also look at the 130 and 130s, the models are nearly identical with the exception of size and the "s" designation refers to the text to speech option, otherwise the units are all the same. I've seen several reviews on YouTube about the devices and those will be pretty helpful to you
