Printer ink level reset

You can't reset cartridges ink levels. You can only "ignore" ink levels. If you see E13 or E16 error codes on printer screen, Press STOP key for 5-10 seconds.

It's mean "ink out". Not actually "inK", but ink level counter reached zero. If using original ink tank, just replace with new one. If using "hardware resetter", reset ink level counter. If using CIS ink tank, it will be auto reset.
Remember, it's program not actual ink. So, if you reset it, ink level will show full, even if you didn't refill ink tank.

I don't think so its resets though printer, now a days counter re setter devices are available, using the device you can resets the counter of cartridge memory..

the ink level setting is in the ink cartridge, many cartridges require you to change the chip in the cartgrdge, but in some u can use some simple tecniques to reset the levels....search in google based on ur printer cartridege model number.

You can't reset the ink level on all Canon Pixma printers.You need to turn off the function on printer to show the ink level.On most printers this happen with push resume button and hold it for 5 seconds.
The printer shows empty cartridges but it will printing.

I think the resetter you have downloaded is for resetting waste ink counter, not for ink level. For resetting ink level counter (that reach zero) use hardware resetter or use use chip with autoreset function. Ink level reach zero is ink out, after resetting ink level reach 100% (full). But it's just program, not actually.

if you are useing a refilled cartridge , ink cartridge has a chip built in that must be reset, if you look on line you can purchase a reseter. if you use a new ink cartridge it will show a full ink level
