Ensure mains power is normal, and hidden on/off switch (under bottom left hand side of screen) is on.

42 inch samsung plasma comes on then picture go's out turn off and back on the picture comes back on and go back out after 30 min

It sounds that the Va / Vs voltages to panel has gone out of its range. Check these voltages. If you wish to get more details about these voltage settings, check this link.

Why won't my Panasonic 42 TCP42S30 42 Plasma TV turn on.

Switch off TV, switch off power, remove plug and wait for 48 hours and retry.
If problem persists, I suggest it is better to refer it to a qualified service
technician, since the back cover has to be opened for investigation/rectification.

42PF9630A 42 in. Plasma Television: hi there, I have a phillips 42 inch plasma flat...

This is because the power switch operated the socket that your TV is plugged into. Unplug it and plug it in another socket that is not operated by a switch. Appliances should not be plugged into a socket operated by a switch because of the inconsistency of power to the socket. Lights are about the only thing that should be plugged in.

I have a 42 inch plasma and teletext wont work any

A factory reset made teletext available again on digital channels.
When on standby, push on remote in quick succession <info><menu><mute><power> buttons. Follow onscreen menu to option 12 (reset) and select. Be aware that you will have to tune in all analogue and digital channels again.
